BRITANNIA Ornamental Turning Lathe
This very nice lathe is by the Britannia Lathe and Oil Engine Company of Colchester, Essex and made around 1880. High precision, this lathe was built for the hobbyist and is complete with a set of original ornamental turning attachments and tools (frames, chucks and cutters, etc). For sale in good condition.

KENNAN & Sons Ornamental Turning Lathe
A rare and particularly finely made ornamental lathe of c1845 by the scientific instrument maker Kennan & Sons of Fishamble St, Dublin.
This exciting ‘barn find’ of an original and very high quality lathe is shown in untouched condition and is complete with many additional parts not shown (including mahogany boxed ‘rose engine’ and other tooling). Oak and wrought iron frame, treadle operated, complete with a large collection of attachments, tools and cutting equipment, plus a side mounted drill.

KENT ‘Venturi’ 15″ Water Flow Meter
By George Kent Ltd, of London & Luton.
A large pumping station instrument for measuring and recording water flow over time.
On a cast iron pedestal the meter sits with in a cast iron framed glass cabinet. Brass clock and dials indicate gallons of water pumped over time, with the recording drum printing daily and weekly diagrams.
An unusual and impressive instrument, for sale in very nice, original condition.
