COCHRAN & Co. Miniature Steam Boiler

A very rare find, this is a miniature dome topped rivetted steel steam boiler by Cochran & Co. of Annan, Scotland.
Boiler is coal firing, with fire-tubes and all the typical Cochran features of full size boilers including external firebox and mud hole doors. A very special and attractive museum quality miniature boiler apparently very little, if ever, used.

This miniature is based on the first design of Burrell undertype steam wagon built in 1901. With vertical boiler and enclosed compound engine, driving the rear axle via 2 speed transmission.
Completed in 2007 and rallied extensively, this unique miniature steams and runs very well. For sale with full current boiler certificates.

2 Inch Scale FOWLER Ploughing Engine
An unusual scale miniature of the large “SUPERBA” model ploughing engine built by John Fowler & Co., Leeds for the Italian market (which similar to the ‘K7’ model with various upgrades including superheater).
This miniature appears to be well made and detailed and is requiring some minor work to fully complete, including boiler lagging.
