Hand made for display, this is a very nicely made miniature steam plant dating from circa 1900. Comprises a vertical rivetted copper boiler (coal/wood fired) and horizontal single cylinder steam engine, both mounted on a brass and wood base.
In very nice original condition, and a handsome display object.

This is a 1 inch scale model of a well known and handsome colliery type vertical “table” engine.
Cylinder 1″ x 2″ stroke.
7″ diameter flywheel, 14 1/2″ tall on cast base.

All mounted on a polished timber baseplate with brass handles.


Six Column Beam Engine, Victorian
This highly elegant beam engine dates from the mid 19th Century and is from the well known Jonathan Minns collection.
Very good detail work including fluted columns.
Around 1 HP, with approx 3″ x 6″ inverted vertical cylinder. Complete with governor and pumps.


RADIGUET Workshop Steam Engine, c1880
By the famous firm of high class instrument and machinery makers Radiguet & Massiot, of Paris.
This extremely rare French built combined workshop engine and boiler of 1/2 H.P. was designed for light industrial and domestic applications.
Approx 2″ x 3″ Cylinder.
4 Ft Tall with 20″ Dia. Flywheel.
In very nice, highly original condition.
